Athlete Registration Fees are $160 per player which includes:
- Two Rounds of Golf
- Lunch each day
- Pay it Forward Loonie Fee
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Zone managers will be submitting one cheque per zone. Each zone manager shall collect payment from individual schools.
PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO Vimy Ridge Academy. Alternatively - etransfer can be sent to vimyridge@epsb.ca
Schools/Zones will be charged in full for any athletes who “no show” or cancellations after Saturday, September 26th at noon.

Each ZONE MANAGER must complete the zone summary spreadsheet for all schools participating from their Zone by 11:59 PM on Thursday September 24th, 2026.
Zone managers will be submitting payment for their entire zone contingent. Prompt payment is appreciated. SCHOOLS DO NOT NEED TO SEND PAYMENTS!
EVERY SCHOOL with participating athletes must submit their online registration 11:59 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2026. This should be completed by the Athletic Director or Head Golf Coach. There are two forms to fill out on the
1 - COACH REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH COACH/SUPERVISOR ATTENDING FROM YOUR SCHOOL.
2 - ATHLETE REGISTRATION FORM FOR EACH PLAYER ATTENDING FROM YOUR SCHOOL
Every AD is required to complete the "Finalize your Roster for Provincials" section of your teams SRS roster. (SRS Instructions). This ensures your athletes are fully qualified.
Please note: As per SSA policy all athletes/teams should have a minimum one adult staff member or authorized supervisor present. Returning this year, supervisors/chaperones will be encouraged to play an active role in course supervision. Ideally, we would like one adult following each group on the course and inputting scores into the Golf Genius app hole by hole.
